Make your own apple cider vinegar, or wine vinegar or fruit wine vinegar by adding 100ml of vinegar mother culture to 1L of wine or cider. The resulting starter culture can be then be enjoyed as it is or used to further culture more vinegars and is useful as a starter alongside Kombucha scoby's to get your first batch of kombucha on the go. 

To make your wine or apple cider vinegar with mother culture start with 1L of  dry wine or cider that is not above 8-10% abv and with low levels of sulphite (campden tablets) added, full instructuons are included with this vinegar mother culture.
