Orders weighing more than 25kg for the UK or 31 kg to overseas will be subject to an additional charge for delivery, and will be packed in to more than one package.
If we do not have the items you ordered in stock, we will contact you and offer you either an alternative product,  or give you the choice to wait for the item to come into stock, or refund your order for the items not in stock.

We cannot be held liable for delays in receiving your goods which are affected by circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot cancel the order, but your are still entitled to return your order the details for which are given in the refund section below.

Sometimes delays in transit are inevitable, for cases of bad weather for example. In these cases, we cannot gaurantee the normal delivery times stated on our delivery page.

If you place an order for delivery, please be aware that you are expected to be in to receive the parcel, for normal deliveries the driver needs a signature as receipt for the delivery. If you can't be there, please try to arrange another delivery destination at the time of ordering, or provide us with details of a suitable place the driver can leave your parcel - for which we need to specify that the driver doesn't need to obtain a signature receipt. If you have chosen to have the parcel left without a signature, Brewstore cannot be held liable for the parcel once it has been dropped off by our courier.

Our courier will make at least two attempts to deliver your order. They will also leave a card asking you to contact them if you are not in to receive the parcel. If after these attempts the courier has to return your order to us, we will offer you a refund of the cost of the goods ordered, but not the delivery charge, as we will have already incurred that cost. You will be offered another delivery, if you are prepared to pay for the additional delivery charge.

Please refer to our section on Delivery for details of postal charges on the brewstore website.

Delivery choices

We have details of all delivery choices and the associated costs on the Delivery page of our website. Please do not choose a delivery option which is not applicable to the shipping address or the weight of the order.

If you have chosen the wrong delivery method and have therefore made an incorrect payment, we will in the first instance put your order on hold and notify you that you have to contact us to make the correct payment. We will not ship your order until the correct payment has been received, failing which we will cancel and refund the order.
