For all orders in the UK, the maximum packaged weight  is 25kg. Orders over this weight may need to pay additional postage.

Mainland UK courier deliveries are sent using 24 hour courier, other UK and Eire areas are up to 48 hours. (excluding weekends - we do not dispatch orders or deliver orders during the weekend.)

Uk Mainland:Courier does not include those areas listed in the Scottish Highlands or Islands Postcodes.
Courier Delivery to UK Mainland postcodes is £5.95 or free for orders over £59.95.

Scottish Highlands: Courier Postcodes are as follows: AB31 - AB38, AB40-AB56, IV1-IV28, IV30-IV33, IV36, IV40, IV52-IV54, IV63, KW1-KW14, PA21-PA38, PH40-PH41, PH49, PH50. Delivery to the these postcodes is £10.00, (or £4.05 for orders over £60)

UK Islands :

Scottish Islands (Orkney, Shetlands, Hebrides) Postcodes for this zone are as follows; All HS, IV41-49, IV51, IV55-IV56, KA27, KA28, KW15-KW17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-PH44.  Delivery  is £16.00 (or £10.05 for orders over £60)

Northern Ireland and Isle of Man, delivery is £16.00 (or £10.05 for orders over £60)

Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsay, Aldernay Sark) courier is £16 (£10.05 for orders over £60)



Southern Ireland;
(Eire) courier delivery is £18.00 (or £12.05 for orders over £60)


Isle of Wight and Isles of Scily;
courier delivery is £22 (£16.05 for orders over £60)


EU Zone 1 ;countries for courier delivery up to 31kg takes 3/4 days and countries include;
France, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Denmark, Luxembourg. Cost is £24.99

EU Zone 2 ;countries for courier delivery up to 31kg takes 3/4 days and countries include;
Spain, Portugal, Italy, Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Austrial, Sweden, Finland. Cost is £28.50

EU Zone 3 ;countries for courier delivery of parcels up to 31kg takes 3/4 days and coutnries included are; Greece mainland, Greek Ionian Islands, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Corsica. Cost is £43.50

Other EU areas ;outside these zones such as Crete, Greek Aegean Islands, Malta, Romania and Cyprus, can be delivered by either the post EU service for up to 2kg (£12.00) or email us for a quote and we will find the most cost effective way to deliver your order.

For countries outside the European Union ;- choose either the post worldwide service for parcels up to 2kg (£28.50) or email us for a quote and we will find the most cost effective way to deliver your order.


Collect from Shop: We have added the option to place your order online and have it packaged and ready for you to collect from our shop in Edinburgh. This avoids the delivery charge. When you place your order you can choose this from the delivery options drop down menu. We will email you a confirmation to let you know when your order is ready for collection.

Gift vouchers only: If your order is for gift vouchers and no other items, we will post them out to you - or any other address you specify on the delivery details by 1st class post.

ORDER PROCESSING

When we receive your order you will get an email from us confirming we have it and that your order is being processed.

We aim to send out your order either the same day or next day from receiving it (excludings Weekends). If an item is not in stock, but coming into stock in the next couple of days, we will wait for that item to send you your order all together.

If there is any item on your order that is not in stock or being delivered to us, we may call you to ask if you would like a replacement, or refund or would be happy to wait for until we can order it for you. We can normally re- stock an item within the same week.

We cannot be held liable for circumstances outwith our control once your order has been dispatched by us. Our couriers will attempt to deliver your order, and will leave a card asking you to get in touch to re-arrange delivery at a suitable time if you missed it. If after three attempts you are not home, they will return the package to us, after which time, we can only resend it you are willing to pay for the delivery again. Failing which we will refund you for the value of the items you ordered. We do not dispatch or deliver at the weekend, all our deliveries are made between Mon-Frid - If you are not likely to be at home, please specify an alternative delivery address for your order.

Occasionally, adverse weather conditions may cause delays or our stockists have trouble with stock coming from other countries. If this is the case and we think that we won't be able to ship it out to you within the week, we will contact you and give you options to get a replacement or a refund for that item, or cancel the order.


RETURNS OR REPLACEMENTS

 Once you order has been dispatched by us, we cannot cancel the order. If however, you are not happy with your goods, you can return them for a full refund by sending them back to us within 7 days of you receiving them. We cannot refund the cost of your postage to return orders to us. If you are planning to return an item, please contact us first to let us know.

If any item arrives to you broken please send us a picture of the broken item and we will send you a replacement.
