Brewstore is a family owned business. We have been home brewing for over 35 years. We have extensive experience and knowledge of homebrewing and over the years have brewed wines, beer, cider and liqueurs from kits and raw ingredients which have won many prizes in local and national wine and beer competitions.  

We are active members of our local Wine Circle and Craft Brewers and Amateur Winemakers Association. We are called upon regularly to give talks and demonstrations at all levels of brewing and have been called upon to talk about brewing on radio,TV and newspapers.

All the staff in our shop enjoy their own homebrew, and can advise you about brewing from our own experiences. Our shop in Edinburgh is visited by people who come in to discuss their brewing as much as stock up on their supplies.

We have tried to make our advice and product descriptions as comprehensive and easy to follow as we can, to help you get the best results from your home brewing.

Hello. Just to confirm safe arrival of my order this afternoon. Thanks for such splendid, speedy service. As an unexpected bonus ,I have to tell you that the slitted cardboard packaging makes the most excellent firelighting material!

I was in the shop yesterday, bought some stuff for the still spirits range,  turbo yeast triple pack, etc, also I bought spiced gold rum, tried it out today, and would recommend it, what a really nice spiced rum, very smooth and the Cantina express wine is on the go, so I hope to have a good stock for Christmas!!
